Chiara Albertin

Senior partner

Venetian by birth, Paduan by partial adoption, dynamic and lively, she has been working for over 20 years in the field of human resources in training, consultancy, and personnel research. Founding member of 365 gradi, in the last 10 years she has turned her passion for fashion into a profession, working as a temporary manager in major retail companies. Today she mainly deals with organisational consulting, business training and headhunting.

She viscerally loves sports, travel and his two cats; in addition to this, he invests substantial amounts in books, concerts, clothes, and dinners.

Francesca Pezzotti

Senior partner

Moving from the shores of Lake Iseo to Padua where she graduated in psychosocial and labour sciences, she juggles organisational, HR development and executive search projects at national and international level. In 2013, she became one of the founding partners of 365 gradi. Curious and in love with her work, she is convinced that you never stop learning, and in fact, she obtained the qualification of Business Coach.

In his free time, he divides his time between walks in the mountains, paddle boarding on the lake, friends, and trips tasting wines and local products without forgetting his two adorable French bulldogs.

Laura Cardin

Executive assistant

Graduated in law, she has gained professional experience in the legal field, both in the public and private sectors. For 3 years she has become the young pivot of 365 gradi, working in support of all administrative, consulting, and internal management activities.

Collaborative and organized, she is passionate about botany and bonsai in particular. She is also a great lover of animals, especially cats, video games and TV series.

Irene Buccomino

HR Consultant & Head Hunter

She arrived with a pre-graduation traineeship in psychology and then maintained the combination of studies and work at 365 gradi, where she has now been working for 10 years in the area of personnel selection as a head hunter and organisational project consultant. Today he holds the role of Project Manager for important personnel search activities at national and international level.

Recently a mother of a wonderful child, she has always been a lover of volleyball, tennis, puzzles and TV series, and has always delighted in playing the piano to the joy of friends and neighbours.

Simona Fanelli

HR Consultant & Head Hunter

Having arrived from Lombardy in Padua for university studies in Psychology, she fell in love with the city and never left it again. Passionate about the organization and development of human resources, with a background as an HR manager, she is involved in 360 gradi headhunting, business consulting, and professional training activities.

In addition to his profession, he dedicates himself to family, friends, and cultivating his lifelong passions: cinema, reading, and music in all its forms, delighting in playing the piano and guitar.

Daniela Cavallo

Head Hunter

Of Apulian origin, she arrives in Padua partly out of love and partly for university studies. Graduated in modern literature, she specialised in the HR field, attending a master’s degree in personnel management and entering the world of consultancy. She is an expert head hunter specialising in technical profiles and middle management.

In his free time, she loves to devote herself to her passions: watching a good film, doing sports and dancing, but also cooking, always trying to experiment with new recipes and looking for unique restaurants.

Giulia Nicolato

Head Hunter

Having joined the 365 gradi team two years ago, after graduating in occupational psychology, she handles selection and headhunting projects at both national and international levels. Precise and a lover of organisation, she quickly became a point of reference thanks to her predisposition for the technology sector.

Passionate about TV series, she prefers a good book, especially if in the original language, over sports and the mountains to the sea. In her spare time, she likes to enjoy a good homemade cappuccino, but the best way to relax is to find new corners of the house to arrange and organize.

Francesca Palmieri

Originally from Portocannone in Molise, after obtaining her Bachelor’s degree in Naples, she moved to Padua to specialise in social and work psychology.

She has joined 365 gradi after a couple of experiences in the field of human resources, and today she is responsible for supporting personnel selection projects.

Curious and creative, she is part of a group of Urban sketchers in Padua and is also the author of all the drawings that populate the social networks of 365 gradi.

Martina Brunetti

HR Trainee

Born in a small Umbrian village, she decided to move to the University of Padua to complete her studies in Occupational Psychology. After some postgraduate experiences, she has recently joined 365 gradi with a strong desire to grow and deepen her knowledge in personnel selection and consultancy.

A lover of cats, books, and psychology, at the office it is easy to find her with her beloved cup of tea in hand while she works. In her free time, she takes long walks, but always with a podcast (more or less serious) in her headphones.
