We are seeking a highly skilled Store Manager for a prestigious luxury boutique located in an exclusive setting. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the store’s operations to deliver an exceptional customer experience and achieve sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the sales team, fostering a motivating and collaborative work environment.

Monitor and analyze key store performance indicators (KPIs) to develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement.

Ensure an outstanding customer experience with a strong focus on client loyalty and managing relationships with VIP customers.

Organize and manage visual merchandising according to company guidelines.

Oversee daily store operations, including cash management, inventory, and stock control.

Ensure compliance with company standards, paying close attention to the store’s image and presentation.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in managerial roles within luxury boutiques or premium retail environments.

Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

Customer-focused mindset with a talent for building long-term relationships.

In-depth knowledge of the fashion/luxury industry dynamics.

Analytical skills to monitor and manage sales KPIs effectively.

Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of a third language is a plus.

Passion for the luxury world and a keen eye for aesthetics.

Fort the cyber security division, specialized in offering and advanced technological solutions and cyber security consulting, we are seeking a Cyber Security Solutions Sales Specialist to join a growing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team in managing commercial relationship by identifying technical solutions for client;
  • Develop project quotes for cyber security solutions proposed to clients;
  • Collaborate with the technical support team to understand client needs and implement new product solutions and features;
  • Monitor market trends in the cyber security sector and conduct competitor research to indentify growth and innovation opportunities;
  • Participate in events and trade fairs in the DACH region.

Qualifications

  • Degree in computer Science or related fields;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or pre-sales activities in cyber security;
  • Excellent command of Italian and German languages (C2 or native level);
  • In-depth knowledge of primary cyber security solutions.
